Returns

We want every finish to be right. Here is how returns work, and the hygiene limits that apply to some items.

14-day return window

You may request a return of unopened, unused goods in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. To start a return, email support@premierpipe.shop with your order number. We will reply with return instructions and the return address.

Hygiene & safety exclusions

For health and hygiene reasons, certain items cannot be returned once their sealed packaging has been opened, including aerator nozzles, anti-splash screens, drain stoppers, silicone edge guards and any item that contacts water in use.

These items are only returnable if they remain unopened and sealed. This does not affect your rights in respect of items that arrive faulty or not as described.

Condition of returns

Returned goods must be unused, with all parts, adapters and packaging included. We may reduce a refund to reflect any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the item.

Faulty or incorrect items

If an item arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photographs and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including any return shipping cost, at no charge to you.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where the item was faulty or incorrect. See our Refund Policy for full detail.
